Job Description
Reporting in to the Fleet Manager, the Technical Superintendent is responsible for managing the technical operation of our clients assigned vessels.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified Chief Engineer or 1st/2nd Engineer Unlimited (would consider a seafarer looking to move ashore)
- Previous experience in a marine technical department, basic finance and budgets is desirable.
- Previous experience working with research/survey DP vessels (preferred)
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) and oral and written skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and open to working in a dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal, planning and organisational skills, ability to engage and interact with people at all levels and ability to develop creative and effective solutions to problems.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Full right to work and live in the UK. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for all Technical and Operational matters related to the assigned vessels; including:
- Maintenance (Dry-dock experience desirable)
- Crew Management

- Systems Management
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
