Technical Supervisor - Corby
Are you an experienced tooling professional looking for your next challenge? Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a hands-on Technical Supervisor to support our injection moulding operation and ensure tooling is maintained, organised, and production-ready.
What you'll be doing:
* Supervising and maintaining production tooling to ensure quality and reliability.
* Carrying out minor tooling repairs and coordinating larger repairs with technical engineers.
* Managing tooling records, locations, shot counts, and die store organisation.
* Supporting production teams with tooling, machine operation, and tool-setting training.
* Conducting tooling inspections, first-run checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Working closely with Production, Planning, and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience with tooling processes and machine operation.
* Good understanding of health & safety and manufacturing best practices.
* Strong organisational skills with experience maintaining records and databases.
* Competent IT skills, including Excel.
* Forklift licence desirable.
* A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
