Are you an Engineer from a Plant, Heavy Equipment, Crane or similar background looking to come off the tools and move into a highly varied Technical Support role?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a global-leading company who will provide specialist training and long-term career progression, whilst allowing you to utilise your engineering knowledge in a technical advisory position.
This well-established company are renowned within the Plant industry and are continuing to grow. Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a Technical Advisor to join their large workshop team.
In this varied role, you will provide technical support to Service Engineers and customers, assisting with fault finding, technical queries and warranty issues. You will also help coordinate engineers and provide technical information across the business.
This role would suit an Engineer from a Plant, Heavy Equipment, Crane or similar background looking to come off the tools and progress into a Technical Advisor position.
The Role:
Providing technical support to Engineers and customers
Assisting with fault finding, warranty and technical queries
Coordinating and supporting Service Engineers
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per weekThe Person:
Engineering background
Plant, Heavy Equipment, Cranes or similar experience
Looking to move into a Technical Support / Advisor role
