About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide critical on-site and remote support for their advanced equipment installations and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of complex equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients, both remotely and in person.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
• Provide technical training and guidance to client personnel on equipment operation and care.
• Document all service activities, parts used, and customer feedback accurately.
• Liaise with the engineering and product development teams to report technical issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer , Field Service Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• A full, clean UK driving license is essential for site visits.
