Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth technical support for complex customer issues via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report and resolve bugs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of customer systems as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking protocols, and hardware components.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications and databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
