Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote, high-level technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems and equipment.

- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical findings accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with field service engineers and customer success teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for client self-service.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide feedback for product or service improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software systems relevant to the company's products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues remotely.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools, ticketing systems, and CRM software.
- Must be highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing workload effectively in a remote setting.
