Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical support requests from users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
• Document all support activities, resolutions, and user feedback in the CRM/ticketing system .
• Assist in maintaining the IT knowledge base and developing support documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role or helpdesk environment.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
• Experience with remote support tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
