Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues reported by customers.
• Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or relevant departments.
• Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, in the ticketing system.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical support documentation and guides.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on recurring technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
