Technical Trainer & E-Learning Designer

Clio is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver live training and develop self-paced Articulate Rise courses for Clio Operate customers. You will assess customer needs, troubleshoot configurations, and ensure training content scales across the customer base.

You will design learning experiences with objectives and checks, manage LMS publishing, and collaborate with product and support teams to close training gaps while upholding high professionalism.
