The Role

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician or similar who wants to move from hands‑on work to training the next generation of technicians for a leading automotive learning and development company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical vehicle maintenance training, both virtually and in person, adhering to curriculum guidelines and creating a secure training setting.
• Develop course content and incorporate new technologies to enhance teaching.
• Assist with trainee assessments and contribute to course enhancement.
• Receive full training and qualification investment to support the role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician or equivalent.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance or related field preferred.
• Desire to move into an instructor role and obtain teaching qualifications.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
