Vehicle Technician
Location: Worcester Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE: Up to £48,000 + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm + Saturdays on a rota

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostic work, ensuring every vehicle is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing repairs efficiently and accurately
- Working to manufacturer and workshop standards
- Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required
- Completing all associated job cards and workshop documentation
- Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques
- Working closely with the wider workshop team and sharing technical knowledge
About You
We're looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician with:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Previous experience servicing and repairing vehicles
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
- EV/Hybrid qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential, with training available
- An MOT Licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
