Location: Swindon Salary: Up to £36,000 DOE | OTE £45,000+ Uncapped Bonus Scheme Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensuring every vehicle is completed efficiently and right first time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
• Completing repairs to manufacturer standards
• Performing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
• Completing warranty repairs and pre-delivery inspections
• Road testing vehicles where required
• Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards
• Working closely with the wider workshop team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping

About You

You'll ideally have:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• 3 Years Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Motor Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience working to manufacturer standards
• MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
• A passion for delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
