Technician Tape Testing & Metrology | Technician | UK officeFocusRun the tape test stand day-to-day. Perform incoming inspection on all HTS reels received at the UK office before they are assigned to production. Support the tape insertion ME with data logging and traceability.

Key Deliverables2 Technicians Tape Testing & InsertionDaily operation of tape-star and thickness measurement equipmentTwo full-time positions from the end of September through JanuaryIncoming inspection of all HTS reels: visual, bag condition, measurements logged to databaseReel routing decisions (long-term storage, production line, quarantine) per defined criteria2 Technicians Tape Testing & Insertion hands-on roles operating test and measurement equipment, setup of the production line, performing incoming inspection, logging data, and maintaining material traceability. Experience in manufacturing, metrology, inspection, quality, or lab environments would be a good fit.

Maintain calibration records and consumables for the test standSetup and operation of the tape insertion line
