Location: Warrington Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic Salary + Annual Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm | No Weekend Working Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide variety of vehicles while delivering the high standards of workmanship that customers expect from a trusted independent garage. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work across a range of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
- Completing repairs to a consistently high standard
- Carrying out MOT testing where qualified
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry best practices
- Accurately recording completed work and communicating findings where required
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain workshop efficiency
- Delivering excellent customer service and building trust through quality workmanship
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic within an independent garage, dealership, or professional workshop
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- The ability to carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard across a variety of vehicle makes and models
- MOT Tester Licence preferred but not essential
- Welding experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- A positive attitude with excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence Alternative job titles may include: Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, MOT Tester or Car Mechanic.
