Technology & Transformation Manager, Commercial & Specialty Insurance

A global consultancy are looking to expand their team in London. Our client is currently looking for a passionate Transformation Manager with previous experience in Lloyds of London insurance to realize their own vision on delivering change to their AI & Data functions. This is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification. There is no better time for an ambitious Transformation Manager to join a company which leads digital transformations for clients by modernizing and integrating their mainstream IT, and by deploying digital solutions at scale to produce better business outcomes. The successful applicant will work closely with industry colleagues from Strategy, Operations, Human Capital, Actuarial, Financial Advisory, M&A, and Digital.

Salary & Package: £90,000 per year base + bonus and a variety of benefitsLocation: London with 3 days per week in officeRole: Permanent

Requirements

• Proven experience as within Transformation or change
• Proven experience within Commercial and Specialty Insurance
• Proven experience working in technology design and delivery
• Strong experience in a dynamic business change with the ability to influence across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must have right to work in the UK
