Salary up to: £50k DOE + fantastic benefits

Provide business analysis and project management support to the Technology Delivery Lead to provide a successful integration of Bupa New Victoria Hospital into the greater organisation.
In this role you will act as a link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs and objectives. You will also gather and analyse requirements, identify process improvements and translate business challenges into clear functional specifications.
How you'll help us make health happen
Work with business, operational and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements for systems integration projects
Map current-state and future-state processes, identifying opportunities to improve workflow, reduce duplication, improve data quality and support efficient service delivery
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data flows and interface specifications
Support the design and delivery of integrations between systems, including data exchange, workflow automation reporting feeds and interoperability requirements
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, project teams, developers, suppliers, testers and service teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities
Carry out gap analysis, impact assessments and options appraisal to support decision-making and project planning
Support testing activity, including test planning, user acceptance testing, defect triage and validation that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
What you'll bring
Good understanding of networks and Microsoft applications
Experience of managing cross-site projects
Proven experience as Business Analyst, ideally within healthcare, private hospital, NHS, or clinical environments
Strong track record of gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve business processes, driving operational efficiencies and enhancing patient and staff experiences
Experience collaborating with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to deliver successful IT projects and system implementations
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, information governance, data protection (GDPR) and the handling of sensitive patient information
