Technology Resilience Lead

Technology Resilience Lead Long Term Contract Hybrid Working in Sheffield £700-£800/day | Inside IR35

We're recruiting for a Technology & Operational Resilience Lead to support a major resilience programme within a large enterprise environment.

The role will shape and deliver Technology and Operational Resilience strategy, working with senior executives to strengthen technology, governance, controls, risk and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and deliver the organisation's Technology and Operational Resilience strategy Work closely with senior Technology, Cyber and Service Management leadership Identify resilience gaps, weaknesses and areas for improvement Use incident and operational data to drive control and resilience improvements Develop and implement improvements across architecture, governance, controls and risk Support technology strategy and future investment decisions Work with technology teams to embed resilience improvements across the organisation Ensure alignment with DORA and wider regulatory requirements

Requirements

Proven experience operating at a senior level within a large enterprise environment Strong experience across Technology and Operational Resilience Proven ability to operate across both strategic direction and execution Strong understanding of technology risk, controls, governance and resilience Experience identifying and addressing operational and technology resilience gaps Knowledge of DORA and similar regulatory requirements Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior technology leadershipECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
