Telecare Hub Lead: 24/7 Frontline Coordinator

City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a flexible Telecare Coordinator to support a busy 24/7 Telecare service across the City of Edinburgh. The role includes answering calls, assessing emergencies, prioritising urgency, and coordinating response in the community.

You will line-manage a diverse team, develop relationships with internal and external partners, and lead projects to improve assistive technology services. PVG checks required; on-call rota applies.
