Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Telecoms Business Analyst to join their team in Cambridge . This role is integral to bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing complex data, and working with development and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements for new projects and enhancements.
- Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT development teams.
- Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist in the ongoing improvement of business processes and system functionalities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst , preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a significant advantage.
