You will be the frontline technical expert, responsible for installations, repairs, and proactive maintenance, directly impacting client satisfaction and network uptime. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain a variety of telecoms hardware and software at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to broadband, fibre optics, and mobile network infrastructure.
• Conduct regular site surveys and preventative maintenance checks to ensure equipment longevity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, installations, and client interactions, using company systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls as required to address critical network disruptions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Field Service Engineer or similar technical support role within the telecoms industry.
• Strong understanding of fibre optic and copper cabling technologies.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing network equipment faults.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Must possess a valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel extensively.
