About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in network operations, analysis, or a similar technical role within the telecoms industry .
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and network devices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
