Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic, performance metrics, and service quality using specialized analysis tools.

• Prepare regular reports on network performance, capacity, and service availability for management and technical teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting network issues by providing detailed performance analysis and diagnostics.
• Support the planning and implementation of network changes by assessing their potential impact on performance.

Requirements

• Experience in a network analysis or network monitoring role within the telecommunications sector.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Good understanding of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
