About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall architecture and design of the company's telecoms network infrastructure.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and roadmaps for network evolution and modernization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact and integration into the existing network.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide expert technical consultation and guidance on complex network design challenges.
• Ensure network designs comply with security policies, industry regulations, and performance requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in network design and architecture, with a significant focus on telecommunications.
• Proven expertise in designing large-scale, high-availability networks, including IP, optical, and wireless domains.
• Strong knowledge of SDN, NFV , cloud networking, and automation technologies.
• Experience with capacity planning, performance modeling, and network simulation tools.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
