Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, identifying root causes and implementing timely resolutions.
• Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and support guidelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency network support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in telecoms network engineering or network administration.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and switching technologies.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and network diagnostic utilities.
• Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
