Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain telecommunications network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Conduct regular system audits, security assessments, and vulnerability testing to ensure network integrity.
• Respond to and resolve network incidents and service outages in a timely manner, minimizing disruption to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecoms Network Engineer or in a similar network-focused role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing (BGP, OSPF), and switching technologies.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and network management systems.
• Familiarity with telecoms specific technologies such as MPLS, DWDM, or VoIP.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
