Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex telecom network architectures, including IP networks, fiber optics, and wireless systems.
• Perform regular network performance monitoring , troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Install, configure, and manage network hardware and software, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and transmission equipment.
• Respond to network incidents and outages, diagnosing faults and implementing timely resolutions to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field technicians and customer support, to address network-related issues and project requirements.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), transmission technologies, and voice/data services.
• Hands-on experience with network hardware from leading vendors and proficiency in network diagnostic tools.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
