Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and availability using established tools and systems.

- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex network issues.

Requirements
- Experience in network operations or a similar technical support role within the telecoms industry.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
- Understanding of core networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
