About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term capacity plans for the telecommunications network, anticipating future demand.
• Plan and schedule network upgrades, expansions, and new service deployments.
• Analyse network performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Collaborate with engineering and field operations teams to ensure effective plan execution.
• Create detailed network diagrams and documentation for planning purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecoms network planning or a related engineering role.
• Strong understanding of network technologies, including fibre optics, wireless, and IP networking.
• Proficiency in using network planning tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
