Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term network capacity plans, ensuring sufficient resources to meet projected demand.
• Analyse network traffic patterns, performance metrics, and utilisation data to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
• Design network expansion and upgrade strategies, considering new technologies and service requirements.
• Collaborate with network engineers and architects to translate strategic plans into actionable design documents.
• Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on network capacity, performance, and future planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network planning, capacity management, or network design within the telecoms industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with network modelling and simulation tools.
• In-depth understanding of telecommunications network architecture, protocols, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex planning concepts in a remote setting.
