About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current network performance, utilization, and traffic patterns to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop long-term network capacity plans and technology roadmaps.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate plans into actionable implementation projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on network planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network planning or a related telecommunications engineering role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex network data.
• Proficiency in network modeling and simulation tools.
• Good understanding of telecommunications network technologies and architectures (e.g., fiber, mobile, IP).
• Experience with project management principles is beneficial.
