About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term network expansion and capacity plans based on traffic forecasts and market analysis.
• Design detailed network architecture plans for new services and infrastructure upgrades, specifying hardware and software requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed network investments and projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate new technologies and solutions relevant to telecoms .
• Identify potential network risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure service continuity and resilience.
• Work with project managers to oversee the implementation of network plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network planning, design, or architecture within the telecoms sector.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications network technologies, including fiber optics, wireless, and IP networking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable plans.
• Experience with network planning tools and simulation software is desirable.
• Familiarity with capacity planning methodologies and network performance metrics.
