About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Telecoms Network Planner to contribute to the strategic development and expansion of their communication infrastructure in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. This role is integral to forecasting network needs, designing future network capacity, and ensuring that planned infrastructure meets both current demand and future growth projections. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to create robust and scalable network plans. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current network usage data and forecast future capacity requirements.
• Develop long-term and short-term network plans, including infrastructure expansion and technology upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate network plans into actionable deployment strategies.
• Evaluate new technologies and their potential impact on network architecture and capacity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecommunications network planning or a related engineering discipline.
