About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous Telecoms Network Planner for a fully remote position. This role is integral to the strategic development and expansion of our client's telecommunications network. You will be responsible for analyzing network data, forecasting future capacity needs, and designing network expansion plans to ensure seamless service delivery and scalability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term network expansion plans based on demand forecasting and traffic analysis.
• Identify optimal locations for new network infrastructure deployment, considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Create detailed network designs and schematics for future network growth, including fiber routes and equipment placement.
• Collaborate with engineering and field operations teams to ensure plans are implementable and aligned with technical standards.
• Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and capacity enhancement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on network planning initiatives for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network planning or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex network data and trends.
• Proficiency in network planning tools and GIS software.
• Understanding of telecommunications network technologies (e.g., fiber optics, FTTx, mobile networks).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
