About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Telecoms Project Manager to oversee a variety of telecommunications projects in Wolverhampton, West Midlands . This role is essential for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and schedules.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of telecoms network technologies, infrastructure deployment, and project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
