Telecoms Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Telecoms Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting network infrastructure projects in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire . This role is instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. This is a key position for an individual passionate about driving successful project outcomes in the rapidly evolving telecommunications sector, contributing to strategic company objectives and fostering a culture of delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of telecommunications projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager , with at least 5 years of experience managing projects in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, deployment methodologies, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is highly preferred.
