About the Role

Our client is searching for an organised and proactive Telecoms Project Manager to join their operations in Oxford . This role requires managing diverse telecommunications projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to achieve project success. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close telecommunications projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate project teams, including technical staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in project management , preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
