Telecoms Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Telecoms Project Manager to oversee key initiatives within their expanding network operations in Leeds . This role involves leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage project scope, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication, working closely with technical teams, vendors, and clients to achieve project objectives in the competitive Yorkshire telecoms market. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably within the telecoms or technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable for this role in Leeds .
