About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished Telecoms Project Manager to oversee and deliver critical infrastructure projects in Cambridge . This hybrid role requires you to manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks associated with complex telecom deployments. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned project manager with a strong background in the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of telecom infrastructure projects .
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee project teams, assigning tasks and providing direction and support.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to all stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager , specifically within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecom network technologies and deployment methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Ability to manage projects effectively in a hybrid work setting , coordinating diverse teams.
