About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end telecom solutions , covering voice, data, and converged services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative architectural improvements and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to define technical requirements and solution proposals.
• Develop detailed technical architecture documentation, including high-level designs, low-level designs, and implementation plans.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect in the telecommunications sector, with a strong portfolio of designed solutions.
• Deep knowledge of network technologies (e.g., 5G, LTE, SDN/NFV, IP networking, cloud integration).
• Proven ability to architect complex, resilient, and high-performance networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, vendor-specific architect certifications) are a significant advantage.
