Telesales & Account Retention Specialist

LWC Drinks Ltd is seeking a Telesales Operator to join our Cornwall depot team. You will handle high volumes of inbound calls, input orders accurately and maintain excellent customer service while promoting our own brand products.

You will work with account managers to retain customers, upsell where appropriate, and handle administration tasks such as confirmations and post sorting. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm in a dynamic, fast-growing drinks company.
