Temp-to-Perm | £Competitive Day Rate | West End | Friday WFH
We are delighted to be recruiting for a fantastic new opportunity with a leading US hedge fund , based in a stunning West End location close to Piccadilly Circus .
This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced, highly organised and switched-on Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment.
You will provide high-level support across senior management, including the COO, HR Business Partner, Head of IS Technology & Head of EMEA Technology, and Head of Trading Europe . This is a busy and varied role, ideal for an Assistant who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Extensive diary management across multiple senior stakeholders
Coordinating meetings and conference calls across global time zones
Booking complex international and domestic corporate travel
Processing expenses and invoices
Organising meetings, calls and video conferences
General administrative support
Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Working closely with the wider Assistant team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
We are looking for an Assistant who is:
Experienced within banking, investment management, hedge funds or a similarly fast-paced financial environment
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident managing competing priorities and demanding diaries
Comfortable working across global time zones
Proactive, commercially aware and able to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders
Emotionally intelligent with excellent communication skills
Calm under pressure and able to work at pace
A genuine team player with a strong work ethic
Strong financial services industry knowledge is highly desirable.

7:30am – 5:00pm , Monday to Friday
