JOB TITLE: Administrator | Finance Team
LOCATION: Ashford, Kent
SALARY: £13.50ph to £14.50ph
HOURS: 8.30am to 5pm, M-F (3pm finish on a Friday!)
Office Angels are proud to be recruiting this fantastic opportunity for a Global company based in Ashford. Would you like to gain some experience within a Finance Department? Our client is a leader in its sector and you will be based in modern offices close to the M20 offering an excellent working environment. This role is working as a part of the Finance team where you will be supported in your role, once trained you also have the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week with an early 3pm finish on a Friday!
This is a temporary starting immediately until January 2027, however there could be further opportunities.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Inputting financial data onto the Accounting system
Checking invoices and data
Raising credits notes
Gathering and entering financial data
Setting up client data, including invoice address and payment terms
Inputting Purchase Order numbers
Other administration tasks as required
We'd love to speak to candidates who:
Have good IT skills and can learn new systems quickly
Have great attention to detail
Have a keen interest to start a career within a finance department or a background in finance
Are available immediately and are committed to starting a new role
