Exciting Ongoing Temporary Opportunity Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join their busy office on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and playing a key role in the smooth running of a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this varied role you will be responsible for:

Providing comprehensive support to Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, meeting coordination and general administrative support Liaising with external contacts and stakeholders on behalf of senior management Sourcing and booking external meeting venues Coordinating Town Hall events and managing senior management availability Preparing and managing documents for signature using DocuSign and similar platforms Assisting with the organisation of Project Board and Committee meetings Processing Director expenses, including corporate and personal claims Providing reception cover when required Creating and distributing internal communications on behalf of senior leadership Supporting the planning and coordination of events and team activities Providing adhoc administrative support across the wider businessAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience within a Business Support, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administration position Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong diary management and coordination experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive and professional approach to work Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and online administration systemsWhy Apply?
