Temporary Customer Service Adviser

Your new company This is a well-established organisation based in Cheadle, and they are looking to bring in temporary support for their busy Customer Experience team. Operating within a fast-paced environment, they pride themselves on delivering an excellent service to their business customers and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Your new role As a Customer Experience Support Adviser, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries via both phone and email. You will support customers with order amendments, delivery updates, stock availability queries and general account enquiries.Working closely with the wider team, you will ensure customer requests are resolved efficiently while maintaining accurate records on the internal system. This is a varied role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or administration role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and handling email correspondence. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing information. Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. A proactive and organised approach with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Experience within a B2B customer service environment would be advantageous. Immediately available for work and can get to the office in CheadleWhat you'll get in return
