Temporary Order Processor
Location: Horley, Surrey
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £13.00 -£14.00 per hour
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Temporary Order Processor to join our team in Horley. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the wider team during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, and online systems
Verify order details for accuracy before processing
Manage and maintain inventory records
Coordinate with the shipping and warehouse/despatch teams
Check stock availability and levels
Update order status
Resolve order queries and discrepancies
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines What We Offer
