TITLE: Pastoral Manager

GRADE: Grade E - £23,672 - £27,527: Actual salary after adjustment for hours and term time working (£32,578p.a. - £37,562p.a. Full Time Equivalent Salary)

HOURS: 30 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week (Fixed weekly hours are: Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 15:00 with 30 minutes lunch break)

CONTRACT: Temporary Contract until 31 August 2027

Phoenix is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Pastoral Manager, to provide a highly visible presence in school. Acting as a role model to students by proactively challenging and motivating and through establishing productive working relationships, the postholder will support and enhance the provision of pastoral care within our House system. They will also take a lead role in implementing whole school activities and interventions to address specific attendance, behaviour, punctuality or achievement issues and duties will include running behaviour spaces throughout the school day.

The post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.’
