Options Resourcing is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton team.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants a recruitment job.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a desk, win clients, develop candidates and make serious money. If you have experience recruiting within M&E, Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, Trades & Labour or another technical sector, we'd love to hear from you.

🔥 What you'll be doing: You'll take ownership of your temporary recruitment desk, including:

📞 Winning new business and developing existing client relationships 👷 Recruiting skilled temporary workers across M&E & Construction 🔎 Sourcing and interviewing candidates 📋 Managing your own candidate database and talent pools 🤝 Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates 💰 Negotiating rates and maximising GP 📈 Growing your desk and becoming a specialist in your market ⚡ Working at pace in a competitive and rewarding environment 💰 What's in it for you?
