Position Overview:

Role: Temporary School Administrator Hourly Rate: £13 - £14 per hour, paid weekly through Office Angels Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Temporary ongoing Location: South Tyneside Working Pattern: Full time, Monday - Friday, term time only

Your Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Provide occasional reception cover, welcoming visitors with a smile Handle general administrative duties to support our dedicated staff and students Multi-task effectively while prioritising tasks in a busy environment Maintain a confident and professional telephone manner Utilise various systems, including Word and Excel, to manage information efficientlyRequirements:

Previous experience in a school environment or administrative role is preferred Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to our school cultureWhy Work with Us?
