Temporary to Permanent Fabric Technician — Building Systems

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a dedicated Fabric Technician/Handyperson to maintain a building in the London area. You will support the Contract Manager and help deliver engineering excellence through operation, maintenance and repair of building fabric and systems.

Responsibilities include completing PPM and reactive tasks, updating electronic workflow systems, issuing site permits, inspecting work quality and maintaining records, with training provided for technical systems.
