Temporary Warehouse Forklift Driver

Wardle & Keach are currently looking for an experienced and reliableWarehouse Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse team on a possible temporary basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has previous warehouse experience and holds valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift certification . You will play an important role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement, loading and storage of goods across our warehouse and transport operations.

What is the Role?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently operating Reach and Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Assisting the removals crew with packing, loading, and unloading
• Moving, handling and storing stock safely within the warehouse
• Picking, preparing and organising orders
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Ensuring goods are handled carefully and securely
• Following all company health & safety procedures and site regulations
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment
• Working effectively as part of a busy team while also being able to work independently

To apply for this job you will need to have:

• Valid forklift licence/certification – Reach and Counter balance
• Previous warehouse and forklift driving experience
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You must be available for work from 9 th September 3- 6 weeks consecutive. Immediate start available
